If for any reason a patient or physician is not satisfied with the brace within 60 days of purchase, ship it back and we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Our leading manufacturing process has allowed us to overcome supply chain and shipping delays, while maintaining a readily available inventory and continuing to fulfill orders throughout unprecedented times.

Once the product is received, our team will communicate with you via the email on file and begin processing the refund immediately. Depending on payment method and/or processing by your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days to receive the refund.
Put the external ankle brace in its original packaging (if possible). Once re-packaged properly, visit your local FedEx or UPS store, or schedule a pickup at your place of business via one of those two companies. Unfortunately manufacturing defects happen. So does damage during the shipping process. If either of these occur, they still fall under this Risk-Free Purchase Program and you have 2 options:
- We will provide a replacement brace at no cost.
- Ship them back for a full refund.
No. All patients are different, we understand that. One may love it, one may just like it.
TayCo Brace’s 60-Day, Risk-Free Purchase Program is only for purchases after January 1, 2023. Prior purchases do not qualify.
The 60-Day, Risk-Free Purchase Program starts on the day the delivery company drops off the brace at a Physician’s office.
Returns after 60 days will have a 25% restocking fee and are subject to a collateral value assessment. Please contact us at info@taycobrace.com to initiate your return.
