Garrett Gingerich, the newly appointed chief marketing officer, joins TayCo Brace with almost 20 years of experience building brands through strategic marketing. Prior to TayCo Brace, Gingerich served as the group director of strategy at Pathfinders Advertising, where his vision for re-engineering the in-house digital marketing process drove transformative growth for the company and its clients. Gingerich’s deep understanding of the marketing world, combined with his background in technology and design, will be instrumental in guiding TayCo Brace through its next phase of development.

Garrett Hurley - TayCo Brace

Garrett Hurley, TayCo Brace’s new chief technology officer, brings to the team a remarkable skill set and background in prosthetics and orthotics, human-hardware interface consulting, and medical device consulting. Before joining TayCo Brace, Hurley served as founder and CEO of an independent consulting firm and an orthotist and prosthetist at companies such as San Francisco-based Roam Robotics. An inventor with over 40 patents, issued and pending, Hurley’s ability to innovate and deliver results will be an asset to TayCo Brace as the company continues to establish itself as a medical device industry leader.

“We are thrilled to welcome Garrett Gingerich and Garrett Hurley to our executive team,” said Gavin Ferlic, co-founder and CEO of TayCo Brace. “Their extensive industry experience and leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving our strategic growth initiatives and solidifying our position in the market. We are confident their contributions will greatly benefit our company and customers.”

Since its founding in 2016, TayCo Brace has partnered with hospitals, medical practices, military organizations and athletic programs to improve health outcomes and the ankle recovery experience for more than 20,000 patients and counting. Its revolutionary ankle brace helps people in every walk of life – from athletes to weekend warriors and industrial professionals to special forces – function at a normal level with the support they need to accommodate their activities and daily living. With the addition of Gingerich and Hurley, TayCo Brace is poised to expand its reach in physicians’ offices and consumer markets and recently launched its first off-the-shelf product, now available for purchase without a physician’s order.
