To custom fit the TayCo Brace to a patient’s unique physiology, you must simply bend, mold, or trim the brace. Watch the video for simple instructions.
We recommend use with a rigid or semi-rigid standard walking/jogging shoe, work boot, or diabetic shoe. Using a custom orthotic in the shoe may be recommended for additional arch and foot support
Simply remove the 3 screws on the medial side of the brace and 3 screws on the lateral side. Watch the video for instructions.
Yes. It is not difficult to put on, but must be done correctly for comfort and proper use. Watch the video for simple instructions.
The short answer is no. The strap is made of a very durable material and has never been an issue for our customers. If the strap does get worn or frayed due to normal use, we will replace it.
